PaymentPayment for your storage unit is straightforward, you simply pay for each 4 weeks rental in advance until you decide to vacate the unit.
The rate you pay depends on the unit size and on which of our special offers you have chosen.
We accept Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Banking Transfers. We do not accept Cash Payments.
We normally ask for a deposit equal to 2 weeks rental. However for customer who choose to pay any future charges automatically by debit card we will waiver the deposit.
Vacation and refundsWhen you vacate the storage unit, any unused whole week’s rental you have paid will be refunded to you (Only on 4 weekly contracts). So, for example, if you paid for your second 4 weeks rental, but only stayed for 1 week, we would refund you 3 weeks rent.
There is no minimum stay required – you can vacate any time you like without giving us prior notice.
We aim to give you the best possible price in this area. If you find had a cheaper quote we want to hear about it and we will beat it. Unit prices start from only £8 per week. Please call or email us for an exact quote.

For smaller items your own transport may suffice, alternatively use our free van and man offer (terms and conditions apply),hire a van or use a removal company. We have a long standing relationship with a local man and van, who can provide you with a low cost removal service.

We supply various trolleys and pallet trucks for your use at no extra cost.
None! You can simply inform us on the day you intend to remove your goods and we don’t require notice in writing either.
Yes, the property is modern, purpose built, clean and dry.
Yes, we have 24 hour CCTV cameras on every floor and the building is fully alarmed.
Yes you will require insurance. We can offer this at the rate of £1.00 for each £1000 cover per week. Alternatively you can arrange your own insurance and provide us with a copy of your certificate.
You can transfer to a different size unit anytime.
